Went for braces treatment.Worst experience. Just money minded. Inexperienced doctors. Worsened my teeth condition.Created hole and gaps and sensitivity. Lodged many complaints. Even grievance redressal is useless. Pathetic service. Take payment in 3 months and then no responsibility of treatment. Doctor give appointment at their will when free..

I started my aligners treatment in Dec 2021, it was supposed to be a 6 months treatment. It is now almost 2 years. See photos, my smile is weirder. No one is taking responsibility. Despite I have been raising complains since one year. Every time Clove told me all is fine and on track. Clove has no sense of humanity or business ethics. Here is the full story of my case: My case started with Mr. Tarun, Orthodontist in Jail Road. He said he was getting married so did not see my plan correctly before approving. So at the time of payments he told me my treatment will be of 12 months. He put a incorrect colour of flowable, saying sorry the right colour was out of stock. Mr Tarun did not explain IPR, possibility of dark triangles. Later, he did not show any responsibility. I complained to Clove and I was moved to Mr. Rohit Mital, Rajori. Mr. Rohit Mital for 2 appointments did not have my case details. So he was talking off hand. He created excessive gaps with IPR. I complained to Clove again (Dr. Rohan Dwivedi). We had a online call. And they promised all is on track and gaps will be filled. I kept on raising complains every month, that gaps are there, and to a naked eye and common knowledge, it does not look like it will go. I was guaranteed all is on track. I met Ms. Priya Shobna once in the clinic and on a zoom call. She claims to be head dentist. Her work was to come in and speak 'clove marketing' language. She came and spoke what she had to and never bothered to listen. I can say, Ms. Priya Shobna and Mr. Rohit Mital bullied me on the joint call. As a group of 2 versus myself, pressurized me to confirm 'all is on track' When I continued to raise my complains, Mr. Rohit Mittal blocked me. So I had no where to go. No one from Clove was taking responsibility. I moved my case to Dr. Nidhi, Amar Colony. She was kind. Heard me well. And ofcourse to save her job she could not speak clearly that my case is worse. But in indirect words atleast she agreeded. Now I am under Dr. Nidhi in Amar Colony. Atleast now I am with a honest Doctor. Though, tied to her job and Clove's pressure I suppose, she cannot do anything. Last Ms. Priya Shobna again met me at Amar Colony and she still is still speaking the Clove brainwashed language. 'all is on track she says.' Here is the thing. My teeth were just fine. Ms. Bhavna and Mr. Tarun at Jail Road brainwashed me, and scared me to believe my teeth will relapse further and that I must get aligners. I was coaxed and scared into getting a treatment. Now, with excessive IPR there are more gaps, sensitivity in my gums and teeth I did not have earlier and you can see photos of how I look now. With IPR my side tooth are tinnier and hence optically front tooth are looking larger and weirder. The slight overlap in my teeth was left by design with my orthodontist (I got treated in 2004) so that my front tooth look smaller and more merged than the whole denture. Terrible! I really wish and I believe in it. Clove and its people will not survive the ill they are doing. Nature sees everything and does not spare ill-behaviour. May Clove and all the people who did this to me, get what they deserve.

Paid for three implants and some other treatments in chattarpur clove last year. One implant failed on the spot . The other two came off in three months with swelling and pain. Worst thing is the other treatments also started having side effects. Dr. Serene Batra was always in a rush even during the implant, he left before everything was done. Now I am redoing everything in another dentistry and having a big issue reunding the amount of the third implant that never happened . They only want money .

So I had heard all good things about clove dental, and wanted to have a first hand experience, and I can safely say that it was indeed "WOW", Dr Karishma was amicable, very polite and best part was the entire procedure was painless. The entire procedure is very professional from the support staff to the how the clinic is managed the look and feel of it, AI enabled dental chair, I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.

Got a dental transplant done at Clove, Kailash Colony in 2019. The cap came off in September, 2022. Was fixed by an inexperienced doctor and came off in two days. Now the clinic is trying to schedule the same doctor to fix the problem again for 2 days more. Not sure if it is a good idea to keep suffering pain and losing money at Clove Dental.
