We surveyed a few dental clinics before we settled for this one for my mother’s dental work. We had gone to India for a dental-cation, a vacation with dental work on our minds as it is beyond expensive here in the US, even despite dental insurances. We toured a couple clinics and were easily disgusted by dusty oral equipments, blood stained dental chairs, shared equipments that made us question if they have ever seen a day in the autoclave! Dr Gautam and Dr Shruti’s clinic, Truedent Dental Clinic, was a gem of a find in New Delhi. We were sold on the cleanliness and hygienic practices of the clinic and expert level knowledge and dedication to perfectionism in their work. My mother received dental bridges and Dr Shruti made sure she had everything done perfectly so that there were no troubles and discomfort down the line. Since we were traveling to different cities in between dental appointments, Dr Gautam and Dr Shruti made so many kind accommodations by squeezing in late appointments that even rolled past 9:30 pm, something that won our hearts. In our last 30 years of living in the US, we have yet to see a dental practice here that’s so dedicated to its clients. We have no doubt we scored a great deal for my mom’s extensive dental work and the customer service is unmatchable. Highly Recommended!!

I happened to know about Truedent dental clinic through my daughter in law . My daughter caught cavities and also her teeth were not aligned the way they should be . I was so lucky to know about Trudent and took her there . Now her teeth look so good with zero cavities and she was so happy to undergo the treatment as they do it with utmost perfection and care . I had an orthodental treatment with Dr. Gautam. Being an international Client, I also had time constraints. But he was great with his flexibility, in regards with appointments and consultation over video conferencing. He takes time for discussing the treatment plans and there was never a rush in the treatments provided by him. The treatment was flawless without any discomfort and pain. The results were already visible in the start of the treatment and as the time passes, the teeth are properly getting aligned. The prices at his clinic for his services were also reasonable. I would highly recommend him and his team.
