I had visited Dr Ray two weeks back after severe pain in my teeth which was emanating from various sides that I was unable to detect which tooth was causing the problem. Pain used to shoot up whenever I ate anything hot or cold and no painkillers were helpful to alleviate it. I used to visit a renowned dentist in Malviya Nagar who suggested to me that a recently permanently filled wisdom teeth must be causing the pain and proposed to remove it permanently. For second opinion, I searched and found Dr Ray's clinic. He extensively checked all my teeth and found that the cause of pain was due to a teeth which was almost decayed inside due to plaque and hence required Root Canal Procedure. I was afraid of Root Canal Procedure, however Dr Ray did it so gently and expertly that I seldom felt any pain. Soon after he finished the Root Canal procedure, all my pain emanating from various sides of my mouth vanished and I felt so relieved. The junior dentist Dr Jyoti who assists Dr Ray is also very meticulous and gentle while doing all dental procedures. Thereafter in subsequent sittings, he put permanent metal cap after which my teeth is perfectly fine. Thank you Dr Ray and Dr Jyoti!

They just had to fix one front tooth, for which Dr. Mudit/Udit worked on it for more than 2 years and still couldn't fix it. For which they charged a whooping amount of 50,000 rupees and then flew to Canada. Since 2 years I have been following up and no body is available to fix my teeth in this dental "SHOP". I wish to get my money back as I am trying to get my braces removed from any other professional clinic and not from a SHOP.

Casual attitude of Mr. Ray, no safety regarding Covid and passes casual remarks about safety. Hope safety measures and precautions are taken. Else being from Health Department will ensure strict action is taken. Treat this as a warning.

I went for molar tooth extraction and took 9000 rs for simple surgery. No hygiene and cleaning maintained. No Antibiotic prophylaxis given before surgery. Very small and congested place. No patients monitoring. Painful.
