I’ve been seeing Dr Bajaj for almost a decade. She gives sensible recommendations while understanding all of my hesitations and concerns. I always feel confident about her suggestions and I’m a very squeamish patient; I recently also had a tooth extraction, which could not have gone better. 🙏🏽

After an expensive and elaborate recommendation for my tooth problem in Bangalore, I visited Dr. Sapna Bajaj for a second opinion. I think visiting her was the best decision I could have made during my visit to Gurgaon. She listened to the apprehensions I had and worked out a solution for me. Now, this is a doctor, who is honest to the core, does not manipulate you to un-necessary procedures and does a super good job - Thank you, doctor.

Dr. Sapna Bajaj is an expert doctor who treats you with utmost care and consideration. I have gotten complex dental surgeries done at her clinic without any trouble. I've been going to her for years now. Very satisfied!

Pleasant behaviour from the doctors, but the support staff is a bit lax. Although begrudgingly helpful when asked. The doctors are good at what they do. However, sometimes I've seen (and experienced) one of the doctors examine without gloves. They did so again another time (after I'd brought it to their attention one time before), although they had washed/sanitised their hand. Another important factor that is very crucial, now more than ever, is cleanliness and the place definitely needs more care and attention on that aspect. They are masked and keep santisers in the lobby but the main room with the dentist's chairs and procedures happen is a bit in disarray and requires dusting. The support staff/apprentices (?) during procedures, perhaps, needs some more training as they are not so attentive to suction and that can be a bit uncomfortable for the patient/client. The first checkup visit cost INR 1,000/-. The cost of services like root canal is a tad bit higher than pre-pandemic rates and hence, one might want to weigh your options and/or ensure you have dental insurance that covers your treatment. Overall experience is good. The wait room is often almost full on account of the location, services and good work of the doctors.

I strongly recommend this doctor. She is one of the most caring and humble doctor I have come across. She is extremely nice and concerned to her patients and very strong at her work too. Visiting to Dr. Sapna Bajaj clinic is always beneficial to me.
