I had got Zirconia crown fixed 12 years back. I have not faced any issue in that till now. It was also with 10 years warranty. I somehow got metal-ceramic crown fixed for another tooth, in this case the ceramic part came out after 8 months only. Things became so worse that I had to get that tooth removed and had to get an implant instead. I recommend zirconia crowns over metal-ceramic crowns for hassle free eating for years to come.
