I've witnessed this place decline from one of the best to the worst. Since being acquired by Clove, it has become a nightmare, staffed with doctors who seem clueless. I initially received treatment from Dr. Amit Sachdeva, who was excellent, and his credibility was the only reason I continued coming here. However, after the acquisition, there are no competent dentists left. I seriously doubt their knowledge of dentistry—they suggest incorrect treatments, overcharge, and are openly rude. This place should be shut down by the authorities. Dr. Shaifali Chaudhary recently handled my case, and her lack of work ethic and patient care was shocking. She started blaming me and had no patience. The way she talks does not show at all that she is a doctor. Horrific. After my X-ray and payment, they didn’t even provide the documents until I repeatedly followed up. You cannot trust this place. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid getting trapped in their deceit—they’ll only worsen your condition while draining your wallet. This place is a circus, fooling patients at every turn. The staff should focus on earning their degrees and gaining proper knowledge before attempting to treat anyone. PS: I wish I could have given a rating below 1

Very poor condition of the clinic The doctors always want us to go by their time as if we don't have any other work to do. The doctors and the staff argue if we aren't on time like if you have taken money from me can't you simply give me an appointment. What's the use of paying this much money. Don't waste your money do not go here! you can choose any other clinic

Waste of money. I had pain in one of my tooth, they didn’t treat the tooth pain, didn’t prescribe anything instead suggested that the solution is I do their Rs 3500 worth scaling and polishing. I asked them if they can suggest anything for the pain interim to which they did an OPD ( Rs 600) and again didn’t suggest anything, said get full teeth scaling and polishing. Just a money making tactic, disappointing

Our experience with the Dentex is satisfactory. Doctor's are really cooperating and supporting. Hoping to get same good services in future also.

Waste of money too high cost of treatment i suggest visit other non associated dentist. Personally vI recommend pihu Dental hospital
